General Cancellation rules

Cancellation Terms for Individuals* (1-9 persons)

20 days before arrival – no fee is applied

19 to 15  days before arrival – €100 handling fee
13 to 9 days before arrival – 30% is charged
8-3 days before arrival – 50% is charged

2 days before arrival – 100 % is charged

*Exceptions may occur though and those would be clearly communicated to you before you are requested to pay.
This could happen when a service requires full pre-payment, be it tickets to events, bus tickets, sometimes even a hotel room if booked at a promo price or during a season of highest demand.

Cancellation Terms for Groups* (10+ persons)

Terms for groups are similar in most of the markets and are basically set to avoid fake and duplicate requests. Bellow here are our General Cancellation Terms.

38 days before arrival – no fee is applied
37-21 days before arrival – 25% handling fee
20-12 days before arrival – 40 % handling fee
11-8 days before arrival – 50% is charged
7 days before arrival or later – 100% is charged

*More strict terms may apply to some certain periods and/or services and those would be clearly communicated before you are requested to pay for a tour in question.
