Old Town

The Gediminas' Tower

Palace of the Grand Dukes of Lithuania
The Palace was built in the 15th century for the rulers of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the future kings of Poland. Now, the palace houses a museum and its visitors can go along 4 routes inside the palace. Route 1 includes authentic walls and an extensive collection of archaeological exhibits. The 2nd route presents the architecture development of the residence of the Grand Dukes of Lithuania in the late Gothic, Renaissance and early Baroque eras. The 3rd route shows the fortifications of the castles and palaces of the Lithuanian grand dukes and the collection of weapons, while the 4th route presents an exposition center.
The Energy and Technology Museum
The museum is dedicated to the industrial heritage of Lithuania. It is located in the old Vilnius power plant. The museum mainly focuses on certain topics related to the permanent exhibitions. For example - about energy, Vilnius industry, interactive science, gas in Lithuania, solar and wind energy.
Europa park
This park consists of an open-air museum of the European Center and its collection. It was founded by the Lithuanian sculptor Gintaras Karosas. While admiring the valuable landscape of the park, you will also discover admirable masterpieces of art. The exhibition covers an area of 55 hectares and includes the works of more than 120 artists from 35 countries. Also, the park displays the world's largest television artwork created by Karosas himself, which is accredited by the Guinness Book.
Liubavas Manor Watermill-Museum
Located near Vilnius, near the Žalesos River, Liubavas is one of the oldest manors in Lithuania. The ponds of Liubava were described in detail as early as 1546. In the treasury book of the Lithuanian ruler Žygimantas Augustas. Famous Lithuanian nobles ruled the land at that time. Now visitors can see the Liubavos manor in the stone mill - a new museum initiated by the sculptor Gintaras Karosas. The buildings themselves, technological equipment and specific features of the landscape have been carefully restored in order to preserve authenticity. The water mill-museum has won the Europa Nostra award.
National Gallery of Art
The National Gallery of Art exhibits the works of famous contemporary Lithuanian artists. They are presented in chronological order from the beginning of the 20th century to the present day. Alexander Pushkin Literary Museum
The Alexander Pushkin Literary Museum has a collection of more than 8,000 exhibits. It consists 19th centuries furniture and things, that belonged to the poet in the first half of the 20th century. Including household items, manuscripts, photographs, books, other publications and works of art.
MO museum
